How can I receive updates?
How do I place an order?
Use the search filter or view the entire collection without a filter. Then click on the artwork of your choice and add it to the shopping cart. Follow the ordering steps as indicated, after payment you will receive confirmation. We will get started on it immediately, so that you receive the artwork as soon as possible. As soon as the shipment is ready, you will automatically receive a notification of the shipment and a track & trace number to track your shipment.
Naturally, we do everything we can to ensure that the work of art arrives at its destination safely, well protected and packaged. We use professional carriers or courier services.
Transport and transportation
Click here to contact us directly for custom framing of a work of art / product. The price depends on the size, type of frame, hanging system, whether or not passe-partout and the type of glass (e.g. normal or museum glass). Once you have indicated your choice, you will receive a quote within a few days. The request and order for a framed work of art takes place (for the time being) via email contact. You will also receive the invoice by email.
Framing artwork
The works of art and/or other products are not insured. Naturally, insurance (e.g. damage, transport) can be taken out in mutual consultation. We are not liable for errors or shortcomings of third parties engaged by or on behalf of us. Any liability will expire after one year from the time the sale is completed.
No claim can be made in any way for the condition of the delivered artwork and/or other product ordered via this website.
Liability
Returns and refunds
Complaints must be communicated to us in writing/by email as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of receipt of the artwork. Failing this, the buyer is deemed to have fully accepted the result of the purchase.
Only when the artwork / product is received back in its original and good condition will the purchase amount be refunded within 7 days.
Privacy policy
Any personal information entered on this website will not be provided to third parties. All personal information entered on this website will only be used for the relevant order and necessary processing. All personal data entered on this website for the newsletter will only be used for the newsletter.
Certificate of authenticity
All artworks shown on this website were created by Charlot Terhaar sive Droste. On request, a certificate of authenticity can be sent with the purchase of a work of art.
Intellectual property and rights
All works of art are subject to copyright according to the Dutch Copyright Act . It is therefore not permitted to reproduce, copy, publish and/or print a work of art / photo of a work of art without the permission of the creator.
An exception applies to showing a work of art on social media, blogs and vlogs; this is only permitted if the name of the creator is clearly stated and reference is made to this website.
